full theatrical release on DVD?

Dear Harry Potter Community,
When I purchased the original DVDs for the Harry Potter movies, I noted that there was material in the theatrical releases that was not included on the DVDs I purchased. I am wondering if the Blu-Ray versions of these movies include the original theatrical releases, or if they are like the original DVDs I already have. Also, is the material in the big 8 movie box set the same for the actual movie as what is included in the "ultimate" dvd versions?
