Nz looks up from his desk to see Vic with the Department report. "Yes come in Vic. Sit down please" he takes the report and looks it over.
"Thank you for the report, Vic. As of now, the Department seems to be on stand-by as the Olympics continue. After the Olympics, I plan on reviewing the Forum Quidditch Match Rules with the Department members and hopefully this will encourage more people to join the Department."
Nz looks at Vic."The other Departments are currently not active, so I think we should focus our efforts on getting more people to join the Ministry now."

It's too bad she declined, but at least we got permission to advertise.
Professor Wudan, you can put up the advertising threads if you'd like. You can post a brief summary of what the QO are, and the list of events. Be sure to also mention that it is RP-based, and to post a link to the sign-up thread.
It's doesn't have to be anything long, just informative.

Nz, Willow just declined our offer to participate in the QO. We do have permission to advertise on the House Boards. Is there a specify message you would like to present?

We'll have to tell Vic about this then, Norris.
I'll take a look at the issue in the QP now too.

Yes,indeed. That way the position gets utilize more often.
Also, I finished the article with your interview. Its not exactly the press you may want for the Olympics, but I tried to generate some by incorporating my Cheif of Staff duties. I hope you enjoy it!

Oh so like if a Department has a certain number of active members, then the Department is considered "active"? And the undersecretary would go around seeing which Department meets the criteria and which don't?
