I may take you up on that, mmesnape. you recall that puzzle you made for me? If I send you the answers by owl, do you think you can update it? (All you'd have to do is cross out the ones that were done, and then write it out as text on the quiz thread)

I would like some ORANGE juice, with no pulp, if you have that? I asm sick with a miserabnle cold or flu, now. I Need to stay in bed and have a substitute teacher for my class.
Yes my vacation was sooooo lovely. I got to meet some new friends who LOVE harry Potter, (But we didn't talk much abt him! go figure) I went to stay at my other friend's daughters house, and then I went to stay with my dad , and visited some other old friends, too.
Know what I found? A SHOE!!! I found me a shoe!! Not just any old shoe--this is a cute little shoe that you can put on a shelf or your mantle. It's purple, with a flower brooch on the foot of the shoe, and it is pointed. It's a classic pump style shoe. I must have bought an old one, because I cannt find a pic online to show you.
Oh well. I gotta go now. have a loverly day.

England_girl... if you can't make a quiz because of lack of time, then say so on your quiz thread, please. Leave a post there that says that you will be back soon (put a date or something). But leave it in your thread, not here. The players will understand that real life takes precedence over games at times.
Goes back to her cup of coffee and the book she was reading.

Minarie and Pixie return from their errands, and thank Madame for her always welcoming smile and refreshments.
Minarie sees Fawkes and waves a giant hello to the beautiful Phoenix.
 Pixie scampers over to Madame and barks her hello. She pokes her nose onto Madame's knee to let her know she's returned.
Oh, that breeze from the window is sooo refreshing. Minarie takes a seat by the window, as Pixie enjoys the coolness of the floor beneath it. Today has been a great day, how have the rest of you fared?
